Interior Designer - Fitout

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer specializing in fitout projects to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for innovative design, and the ability to deliver high-quality interior solutions that meet client needs and project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for interior fitout projects.
- Develop conceptual and detailed interior design plans, including space planning, material selection, and furniture layout.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the implementation of design plans on-site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and fitout industry.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- 4–6 years of UAE experience in an interior fit-out company.
- Prefer candidates with continuous experience of 2+ years in the same company.
- Experience in authority drawing preparation and submissions is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, joinery, and fit-out execution.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior fitout design, preferably within UAE or similar markets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional interior design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, finishes, and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
