Position Title: Interior Designer - High Rise Residential Building

Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
-Lead residential high-rise interior projects from concept through completion, defining requirements, schedules, and budgets.
-Develop design concepts, including rough plans, mood boards, material selection, and product sourcing.
-Coordinate and manage teams and external design agencies, ensuring work aligns with company design standards and project goals.
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, decorators, and contractors while staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations.

-Open to Indian and Asian nationals, aged 38 and below.
-Minimum 6 years in interior design and rendering, including at least 3 years on complete residential apartment projects.
-Proven experience handling high-rise residential project designs individually.
-Skilled in consultations, renovations, space planning, layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar design software.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
