Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary:
A Leading boutique development company is looking creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to lead and execute interior design projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of space planning, materials, and design trends, along with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development & Space Planning:
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
• Optimize space utilization for functionality and aesthetics.

Design & Material Selection:
• Create 2D and 3D design visuals, renderings, and detailed drawings.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements.
• Ensure harmony in colors, textures, and lighting for a cohesive look.

Project Management & Execution:
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee site work and ensure that designs are implemented as planned.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement of materials.

Technical & Compliance Adherence:
• Prepare technical drawings and BOQs for approvals and execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Client & Vendor Coordination:
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients.
• Work closely with furniture suppliers, lighting consultants, and contractors.
• Handle negotiations and procurement of interior materials.


Requirements:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and interior styling.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
