Job description / Role

• Responsible for site supervision of drywall partitions and ceiling works gypsum ceiling, wall partition, joinery works, gypsum wall paper, parquet floor, mechanism door fitting, Paint, special paint. as wall and ceiling works gold leave and silver leave, high rise floors, mosaics, tiles, granite,
• Responsible for raising work inspections internally with main contractor and externally with the consultants for final approval
• Architectural and interior fit outs site supervision from start to the completion of the projects
• Preparation of work inspections
• Responsible for supervision of drywall partitions, gypsum ceilings and lead lining works
• Responsible for lead lining door installations.
• Involved in variation works
• Managing manpower as per project requirements

Requirements

• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and reporting to the main contractor
• Implementation of consultant inspection comments
• Responsible for ongoing site works to ensure all works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and materials
• Coordinating with MEP & other subcontractors to obtain work clearance to start fit out works
• Reporting major site issues to the project manager and follow up for quick action to avoid work delays.
• Reporting to the project manager daily basis for the status of ongoing site works and manpower and material requirements.
