Intern - Digital Studio

We are building a new world within Al Tayer Retail division to digitize our brands and build innovative business features to provide them first-of-a-kind customer experience.

We are looking for a bright and self-starting fresh graduate or an undergraduate student to intern full time with the studio team to help tackle some of projects and assist our digital Studio team. The internship would be for a period of 6 months. You would work with the stylists, photographers, studio manager and the stock assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manually update the studio tracker by inputting dates that products are sent to retouch and when products are back from retouch by cross-referencing the dropbox.
• Whilst updating the studio tracker, ensure products are in the correct respective designer folders on dropbox.
• Update the freelance log weekly – filling in the dates, salary and management of each freelancer (photographer/model/stylist/Hair) by cross referencing Trello.
• Assist the stock assistants with deliveries in the morning. Help unpack and hang up RTW clothes on the rails. Assist with QC for shoes and accessories and locate them to the correct set for shoot.
• Assist with soling shoes with tape for shoes to be shot on model.
• Assist stylist on set – help pack away items after they have been shot and general maintenance of the set.
• Assist stock assistance with return items – carry out outbound QC, fold away clothes and repackage shoes/accessories so they are ready for return.
• Assist team with lunch orders
• Have a good understanding of the Studio processes and pre-empt help where required.

Requirements

• Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline driven environment
• Excellent organization and communication skills required
• Must have great attitude and be detail oriented
• Some lifting may be involved
• Have the ability to multi-task and strong problem solving skills
• Ability to identify and interpret photography needs and develop a plan to meet needs.
