SUMMARY AND ROLE INFORMATION:
The Industry and Value Advisory (IVA) organization is chartered with articulating the value of adopting SAP technology solutions and differentiating SAP as the innovation partner of choice.
We are a global team of 50 people. We work on really exciting projects that impact our team of 500+ worldwide. Our projects are strategic and give a good insight into how a large technology organization is driven from a global point of view.
A key focus area for the Global IVA team in 2021 is to execute the newly developed 2021-2023 Value Strategy, which focuses on revitalizing and re-injecting, the Value DNA across regions and LoBs based on the evolving industry realities and SAPs new corporate strategy.
A key pillar in this transformation is to set up a Change Management program and Program Office to deliver IVA transformation and support the build of a unified IVA community and brand globally.
The intern will work closely with the Global Industry and Value Advisory leadership team.
Tasks include: Setting up a Program Office, tracking initiatives, planning Steering committee meetings and supporting change management activities.
- The successful candidate must have experience in program or large scale project management involving several stakeholder groups.
- It would be great if you have run projects that are strategic in nature and/or that you are passionate about strategy and change management.
- A self-starter and independent thinker, who can run with various tasks.
- You are a strong collaborator, who is not scared of working with a global team virtually.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is key and experience in a project management tool will be an additional benefit, but not requirement.
- Previous work experience preferred.

- You will be working in a global team of 50, who are passionate about technology and the value it brings to companies and society. Besides Strategy, we have three teams - Customer Engagement, Tools & Platform, Talent Enablement.
Contract duration: 6 months.
