This job opportunity is with a semi-government company based in Dubai, UAE
As an Internal Audit Assistant Manager, you would be responsible for analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation from previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc. You would identify and prepare audit findings and facilitate the implementation of recommendations. You would recommend risk aversion measures to mitigate risk and add value. You would maintain and review policies and procedures, to ensure that they are up to date with all legislation and best practices.
To be successful you would ideally possess 5+ years of Internal Auditing experience. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field is a must. You must also be a qualified CIA. Having a CPA or CISA certification is an advantage.
