Job description / Role
- Planning and performing operational and financial audits
- Identifying business process risks (Purchase, HR, IT)
- Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls
- Documenting the results of the evaluations
- Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management
- Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members
- Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules
Requirements
To be considered for the position you must have at least 10 years of experience in internal auditing for construction companies. I am looking for somebody who is honest, very strong and extremely pro-active as you will be auditing all departments within the company and reporting directly to the director.
