Job description / Role
* Planning and performing operational and financial audits
* Identifying business process risks(Purchase,HR,IT)
* Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls
* Documenting the results of the evaluations
* Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management
* Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members
* Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules
Requirements
Looking for a manager to set up and head up my clients internal Audit department.
The successful applicant will have at least 10 years of experience in internal auditing for construction companies. They should be honest, VERY STRONG, and very active, and to audit all the departments in the company. They will report directly to director. The position comes with a negotiable salary package + benefits.
