Internal Audit Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to join our dynamic finance services team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing internal control frameworks to support our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise internal audit engagements across various clients in the financial services sector.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance.
- Identify potential areas of risk and recommend improvements to strengthen organizational processes.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in financial services auditing.
- Mentor and develop junior audit staff to enhance team capabilities.

- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in internal audit within the financial services industry or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk assessment techniques, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
