Internal Auditor

Our client, a regional Infrastructure Developer are currently looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Internal Auditor that will be based in Abu Dhabi.

The purpose of this role is to add value and improve the operations by managing risks, controls and the governance processes. You will be responsible for performing and controlling the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance. You will determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans, analyse documentation and reports identifying loopholes, recommend risk aversion measures and assess cost savings.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Degree in Accountancy and Finance, a post qualification or a professional qualification is also preferred, CIA, ACA, ACCA, CMA or CPA. You must possess ten years of experience in internal audit, risk assurance or risk management within a MNC. You should have considerable knowledge of auditing standards and managing audit teams, with extensive skills in planning and engagement management. Excellent command of English is essential.
