Internal Auditor Officer

Job description / Role

• Prepare audit plans, review and evaluate operations, and complete work papers to document work performed.
• Keep abreast of university policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions, and changes, as applicable.
• Ensure the application of the University and/or public auditing policies, standards and procedures.
• Prepare audit plans, reviewing operations, and completing work papers to document audit.
• Apply university and/or public auditing policies, standards and procedures.
• Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Have a minimum of three years’ experience in similar field.
• Spreadsheet software skills to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports, comparisons, impacts, and/or projections.
• Knowledge of University and/or public auditing policies, standards, and procedures
