Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Review and analyze business processes, systems and controls, and making recommendations to resolve control weaknesses and to further develop and implement internal controls and procedures.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Participate in Internal Controls reviews (including SOX 404 documentation and testing, if applicable) for all business cycles identified during risk assessment exercise for the Middle East markets . Make recommendations to the management to improve control environment. Update all the relevant information in the PMI tool (open pages).
• Ensure there are no repeat findings by performing review over the areas identified by CAD as risky in other markets
• Prepare quarterly reports: (i) Audit and Non-audit services, (ii) Thefts (iii) Gifts & entertainment reporting (iv) Facilitating payments and (v) Political contributions.
• Assist Manager IC&C in tracking of action plans agreed during IC reviews by the respective business owner.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable laws, and standards of business conduct reflected in our Code of Conduct, Principles and Practices. Complete all required trainings and work with the supervisor to determine what compliance risks may potentially be faced and seek to take training relevant to these areas.

Salary Budget: AED 12000

Requirements

• Bachelors/ MBA / ACCA / ACA/ CPA
• Min 2 years in an audit firm or in a multinational company in the area of internal controls / audit
