To support the continued growth of our Middle East offices, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is looking to make their next move in their career.
You background may be from an agency environment in recruitment processes, or you may be currently working in an internal recruitment role, thinking that the career development, autonomy and flexibility that you are looking for is really not there. Either way recruitment is your passion, your key driver is your flair for finding the right people that match the culture of the business that you are so passionate about.
This role will see you involved in what you enjoy most, ranging from assisting with targeted advertising campaigns and streamlining effective recruitment processes, as well as involvement in the resourcing for some of our major project teams. While you will be based in our Dubai office, this position will have you supporting the growth of our project teams spread throughout 8 countries in the Middle East.
