Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Deal with all incoming sales enquiries, replying within a respectable timeframe, gaining a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements, and grow customer trust in our company
- Grow revenue each month

Maintain a focus on the customer everyday
- Ensure customer expectations are met every time we interact with a customer
- Ensure customer is satisfied with our service.
- Maintain a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements;
- Deal with all incoming sales enquiries before the deadline,
- Assist with tenders in compliance with RFQ, complete al tender clarifications and negotiations
- Visit a minimum of 1 customer per week, a total of 4 different customers a month.

Manage internal requirements
- Keep in close communication with the operations department, and the sales team leader
- Chase unpaid invoices
- Enter all quotations into SAGE (or other ERP)
- Clearly track and understand why each quotation was won / lost
- Control all paper work going to client, this will include quotations, shipping invoices, packing lists etc.;
- Tracking of shipments with purchased orders;
- Place orders for received POs

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Background in rigging, lifting, NDT, TDI, inspection services
- Awareness of a sales methodology (SWOT, porters 5 forces, Target account, SPIN, SNAP, Miller Heiman, etc)
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
- Knowledge of INCOTERM’s and Supply Chain Managements;
- High school diploma or University Degree;
- Knowledge off MS Office programs and e-mail at highly proficient level;
- Fluent in English.
