International Business Development Executive / Manager – Kitchens & Furniture
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 20,000 per month (Tax-Free) + Annual Bonus

A well-established premium manufacturer in the European kitchen and furniture industry is urgently looking for a UK national with extensive experience in business development across the GCC/MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury interiors and a passion for growing global brands in complex, multi-market environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategic distributor and partner relationships across MENA, Asia & Africa.
• Achieve sales targets, optimize margins, and grow market presence.
• Work closely with design firms, developers, and consultants to specify brand.
• Coordinate with HQ in Germany and the Middle East offices.
• Execute proposal and marketing initiatives, aligned with global brand strategy.
• Deliver staff training, maintain CRM, and provide MIS reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Design, or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in kitchens, furniture, or building materials.
• Prior experience in multinational company or premium brand.
• CRM & MS Office proficiency.
• Must be a UK citizen and open to regional and international travel.

• Current Location: Open to relocating to Dubai / GCC or must already be based in Dubai
• Availability: Immediately / 1-month notice
• Languages: English (fluent), Arabic (advantageous but not required)
• Preferred Industry: High-End Kitchens, Furniture, Interior Design, Building Materials

• Target Salary: AED 20,000/month (tax-free) + annual performance bonus

Salary:
AED 20000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
