Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role is a fixed term contract until December 31st 2021, due to covering maternity leave for the employee currently in the position. Therefore, it is highly advantageous that the successful candidate is immediately available and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.

Forming part of the Talent Management team you will be a key decision maker concerning potential graduate employees and be the first point of contact for all queries concerning the same; managing expectations and facilitating the successful candidates all the way through the process to onboarding. You will therefore also work closely with the Department Managers and wider HR team in order to maintain control of the applicant tracking process and candidate pipeline, to ensure the highest caliber of graduates remain engaged and loyal to our global professional services client.

The role is based in their highly prestigious Dubai office and you will work in collaboration with the Team Leader to further develop the full campus hiring strategy and bring creative ideas and innovative solutions .Working with some of the top university campuses across the globe you will also maintain strong relationships with them and all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Possessing a key eye for detail and able to build instant rapport and strong relationships with people across all levels of seniority, this role requires a very hands on individual whom is able to manage many competing deadlines in any one day. You will be a focused, self-motivated and proactive International Campus Recruiting Specialist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing graduate schemes from inception to post evaluation and continuous strategy development. It is expected that you will also be educated to graduate level and from a similar role within professional services. Arabic fluency is also highly desirable.
