Employment: Full Time

International Footwear Brand Manager (GCC)

• Brand Manager of a premium and fast growing international footwear brand
• The candidate will manage and develop an existing portfolio of 60 Wholesale Key Accounts, operating more than 200 doors in the GCC, to meet the ambitious growth plan for the brand
• He will monitor the client payment situation and credit terms, in close coordination with the Finance Department
• The candidate will maximize the brand’s market coverage in the region, across identified channels of distribution: Sports Specialty Retailers, Fashion & Footwear Specialty Retailers, Travel Retail, Department-Stores, Hotels & Resorts, E-Commerce
• He will be in charge of managing 8 stand-alone retail stores (full P&L responsibility), and to identify additional profitable retail growth opportunities for the brand
• The candidate will be the main point of contact with the brand’s principals on every aspect: wholesale & retail sales, marketing & communication, pricing strategy, competitive analysis, product knowledge / training.
• The brand Manager will report directly to the General Manager and manage a team of 2 wholesale executives and 4 store managers

Requirements

Experience:
• 5 years Wholesale sales experience (B2B) in Branded footwear or Apparel category, with at least two years of proven track-record within the GCC
• A commercial background in the Sports Specialty Retail in the region would be a plus
• An experience of the Saudi Market would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• A strong understanding of brand management
• Proven analytical skills
• Able to create, execute and implement plans
