Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a superb and unique opportunity to join our client as they develop the luxury assets of their venture capitalist business and build their membership offering globally. With established business streams already in place globally, this is a lifestyle membership for the UHNW, covering various private clubs, estates and sports venues across the world and only available on an exclusive basis.

We are seeking a strong candidate from the world of hospitality/ airlines or from the Private Assistant spectrum to support with all the administration and client service as members are onboarded. This will include, compiling member files, comprising highly confidential information and ensuring the highest levels of service are always adhered to. There will be extensive database work, updating the CRM systems and compiling reports for management. The role will be based from our client’s investment office in Dubai but there will be extensive travel to France where you will be based for several months throughout the summer. You will be responsible for event management, comprising lunches, dinners, sporting events, art actions and similar.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who have had extensive client service background and who are used to the demands of working within this environment. A welcoming and cheery disposition is expected with professionalism and the ability to ensure all information is gathered on members in a sensitive and diplomatic way.

Ideally the successful applicant will speak fluent French as well as excellent English and have a high standard of personal presentation. Due to the travel and visa requirements, our client will only entertain candidates who have no visa / passport restrictions for travel to France, UK, Switzerland and Italy.
