Internship - Control & Corporate Functions

We're expanding our internship program to give early-career talent meaningful, hands-on experience across Capital.com's control and corporate functions, including risk, compliance, operations, finance, marketing, and people.

This is a continuous, year-round opportunity: depending on business needs, interns may join different teams to support ongoing projects while learning how a high-performing fintech operates. Each intern will work alongside experienced managers, contribute to real outcomes, and receive structured feedback.

What you will do (depends on the team):

• Support process reviews, reconciliations, or reporting within control functions.
• Contribute to marketing or communications projects.
• Assist in HR, finance, or operational tasks that enhance team efficiency.
• Research improvements to workflows, data handling, or automation opportunities.
• Help draft internal documentation, guides, or project summaries.

You'll be expected to come prepared, communicate clearly, protect confidentiality, and take ownership of the work you start.

Who you are:

• Hungry to learn and build experience in a regulated fintech environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in seeking feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious about how technology, people, and process come together to create impact.
• Based in Dubai (or able to be) and available full-time for a 3-month period, at least.

• Process improvement example: From school, work, or life: what was the before-after, and how did you measure progress or impact?
• Availability & basics - Dates you're available, confirmation of Dubai presence, and your ability to work in-office.
