Job description / Role
Quest Resources LLC, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Admin Intern to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and other digital formats.
· Utilize CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to track progress and manage data.
· Provide support in maintaining and updating CRM records as necessary.
· Build and maintain lists through routine copy-pasting tasks.
· Ensure all data entered is correct and up-to-date.
· Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
· Organize and manage data files for easy retrieval and reference.
· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
· Familiarity with Salesforce is not required but is a plus.
· High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in a college or university program is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and without error.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Details:
Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying.
