Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Extracts data from available system and interpret as per departmental requirements.
• Convert raw data into legible reports for business reporting and departmental efficiency evaluation.
• Ensure departmental KPI’s are achieved.
• Extend training to departmental colleagues to facilitate multi-skilled resources and ensure business continuity.
• Complete dedication of time and skills as Process Controller to ensure all required processes are discussed, presented, implemented and reviewed.
• Coordinate a high number of SKU’s and deal with complex product lines through mastery and smart utilisation of the warehouse MIS
• Make sure all Inventory Reports are in place for each division of the business
• Be actively involved in the organisation of meetings to understand progress and potential progression blocks in the projects milestones
• Coordinate implementation of procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
• Coordinate the submission of month end closing for each division and COGS within department
• Coordinate the Software integration for each business is in place to achieve accurate flow of data and reports
• Coordinate within the department to set policies and procedures to reduce shrinkage, stock damages, are in place and are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Possesses specific knowledge of company’s range of products and services.
• Exhibits ability to interpret and explain inventory and sales reports.
• Possesses physical strength necessary to unload and restock supplies.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Experience in retail or F&B industry is preferred
• Fluency required in reading, writing and speaking English
• Literacy and IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Retail systems
