Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is an established Dubai based investment organisation with varying interests locally and internationally.

Currently expanding their interests, a qualified property inventory specialist is required to join the new venture. The role will role has responsibility to provide complete inventory services to a range of Clients locally including residential letting agents, private landlords, associations and relocation organisations. In addition to day to day activities, the person will lead the administrative side of the business, including but not limited to advising on systems and process design, legal documentation, data management.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a recognised industry qualification from the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP) or the National Association of Inventory Professionals (NAIP), or the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) in the United Kingdom.

Essential requirements
• Qualification from APIP / NAIP / AIIC /ARLA or equivalent
• Past experience in a similar role
• Ideally the candidate will come with local Dubai and UAE knowledge

This role could be suited to a candidate who relocated to UAE some time ago from the UK with a background in inventory management who is keen to get back to employment, or indeed someone relocating directly from the UK.

Basic salary, healthcare and allowances will be provided.,
