Job description / Role

Position Title: Inventory Support
Employment Type: 1 year renewable contract
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: UAE

About the Client:
A leading oil and gas company in UAE

Job Description:
• Physical materials handling including receiving materials, opening boxes, documentation and placing on the shelf
• Materials issues and returns
• Physical materials count / stock taking
• Expediting goods receipts in Maximo when needed
• Operate forklift for movement of goods
• Housekeeping in warehouse
• Ensure HSSE compliance as per Company HSSE policy and standards
• Any relevant work assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years experience in materials management / warehousing for oil and gas companies
• Must have Forklift Operations Certificate
• Must be Forklift certified, qualified and experienced
• Valid forklift competency certificate from a third party
• Experience using MAXIMO software
