Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a boutique wealth advisory firm based in Abu Dhabi who are looking to hire a number of Investment Advisors. The firm specialise in exclusive offerings with the focus on wealth generation and financial planning for retail clients, as well as UHNI and institutional clients.

The Investment Advisor will be required to generate, build and develop new client relationships, while also building safe and effective investment solutions through deep knowledge of the firm’s offerings. The Advisor will have access to market leading Private Equity & Real Estate offerings for their clients, with the opportunity to earn excellent commission.

This role would be responsible for business development and lead generation, and ensuring that each client application progresses from start to finish through coordination with the back-office support team.

As the Investment Advisor progresses in this role, they would also be responsible to train and manage more junior advisors who join the firm, and potentially be a leading figure in opening a 2nd office for the company in the future.

The successful candidate should have an existing network of potential clients, which would include UHNI and Family Offices. They should have a track record of sales and onboarding clients in order to exceed targets and earn strong monthly commission. Ideally, the Investment Advisor would be motivated by commission and should constantly be striving to generate new business.
