Job description / Role
A Large Investment company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team.
The Investment Analyst in the Financial Services industry will be responsible for the following:
* Design and creation of driver based financial models, in line with best practices, to be used for transactions/ deals, decision support and business planning.
* Valuation using discounted cash flows and market multiples approaches.
* Unique formulae and analytical review of internal and external financial models including deal models, business plans, project finance models and negotiation tools.
* Buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.
* Preparation of proposals, pitching documents and compatibility statements.
