About our client

We are working with a leading multi-family office headquartered in Dubai, managing significant global investments on behalf of prominent families across the Gulf region and beyond. The firm has an established international portfolio across private equity, credit, venture capital, and real assets, and is now seeking an investment & portfolio analyst to join its growing investment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from pipeline tracking and portfolio analysis to supporting investment execution and client reporting, within a highly international and entrepreneurial environment.

What the job involves

• Pipeline management & data integrity - Maintain and update the investment pipeline across funds and co-investments, ensuring CRM (DealCloud) data is accurate and up to date. Perform data checks and support the refinement of portfolio tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Investment process support - Review and summarise investment materials, assist with memos and due diligence notes, and participate in GP and founder calls. Coordinate follow-ups and provide support through the execution and legal phases of transactions.
• Portfolio monitoring & reporting - Consolidate and analyse data from fund and company reports to track performance and KPIs. Work with investor relations and operations on client reporting, and contribute to developing monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Investment research & market analysis - Evaluate new fund and co-investment opportunities across private equity, credit, and venture capital. Conduct market and sector research to inform ongoing deals and investment strategy.
• Relationship management - Support senior team members in maintaining relationships with GPs, founders, and external partners. Coordinate meetings, document insights, and ensure timely follow-up on key actions.
