About our client

We are working on an exceptional opportunity with a leading global private investor headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The firm is expanding its secondaries and GP stakes team at the associate level. The team has a diverse and dynamic investment strategy providing the opportunity for exposure to innovative transactions at the intersection of primaries, secondaries, and direct GP-level investing.

What the job involves

Origination & sourcing: Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities across GP stakes, secondaries, and fund partnerships, with exposure to multiple strategies and geographies.
Transaction execution: Lead due diligence processes including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking, working closely with internal and external advisers.
Portfolio & strategy support: Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, and help shape investment theses.
Stakeholder engagement: Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and presentations for investment committee and senior management.

Who we are looking for

Strong foundational experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A, followed by time at a secondary fund or fund of funds.
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate insights effectively.
Bachelor's and/or master's degree from a leading university.
High EQ, collaborative mindset, and the ability to build relationships across cultures.
Willingness and ability to relocate full-time to Abu Dhabi.
