We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Process end-to-end voluntary and mandatory corporate actions processing in Wealth systems.
  • Prepare the corporate action notification received from various custodians and ensure the same are correctly formatted and transmitted to underlying customers before deadline.
  • Keep track of all customersu2019 instructions related to voluntary corporate action and ensure to submit the voting in custodian systems before deadline.
  • Ensure all service requests received in customer relationship management system are processed and closed within TAT.
  • Process internal vouchers and external remittances in core system in an accurate and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in investment or wealth management operations with trade settlements and corporate action background.
  • Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • Securities (investment) product knowledge.
  • Wealth management product, services, system knowledge.
