Job description / Role
Objectives: Manage real estate investments from acquisition, monitoring to sale
Main responsibilities: To oversee acquisitions of international commercial and operating real estate assets . Involves initial financial modelling, due diligence with international teams, preparation of information memorandums etc. Post closing, monitor the investment with the international asset managers , ensure dividend payments instructed . Manage sale procedures of assets as well

Other interactions: Finance department and legal department

Working Hours: Sun-Thursday 9am to 6pm
Gross monthly base salary: AED20,000 neg.
Salary:

Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree preferably in Finance
• Specialist knowledge: financial modelling, power point , advance excel
• Nature and length of previous experience: at least 3 years experience ideally in a real estate investment or operating real estate environments like hospitality .
• Language Fluency: English
