Corporate Development (include New Venture Creation, Joint Venture, Acquisition)
• Investment Screening
• Managing the process of establishing a new business
• Financial and Market Feasibility Study (including macro-economic analysis, market analysis, financial modeling, risk analysis and preparing report)
• Business Plan (including business idea development, macro-economic analysis, market analysis, operational and market strategies development, financial modeling, risk analysis and preparing report)
• Business Valuation (including macro-economic analysis, market analysis, Historical Financial Performance analysis, financial modeling and the report)
• Financial Due Diligence
• Cost Management Study
• Divestiture Management
Strategic Management- Strategic Planning
• Manage the process of developing the strategic plan (Corporate/Group-level, Business-level, and Functional-Level
• Conduct Business Environmental Review and Analysis (including macro and micro economic review and analysis, Corporate Governance and Organization Analysis, Financial Analysis, Strategic IT Systems Analysis, Strategic HR Analysis, and Strategic Corporate Communication Analysis)
• Development of Mission, Vision, and Objective
• Development of Strategic Options
• Development of Balanced Scorecard
• Development of Group Budget Including the Strategic Budget
Strategic Management-Strategy Execution
• Development and implementation of shared services
• Organizational Design (development, implementation, and management the organizational structure)
• Job Description Development (development and management the job description)
• Job Functional Analysis and Development of Grading & Compensation Structure
• Authority Matrix (development, implementation, and management the authority matrix)
• Business Process Reengineering (including management of process changes)
• Policies and Procedures Development, Changes Management, and Implementation Supervision (Real Estate Development, Financial Accounting, Human Resources, Procurements, Administration, Investment, corporate communications, Information Technology, Legal, etc.)
Strategic Management-Strategic Performance/Control
• Manage the corporate performance of the subsidiaries and joint ventures
• Implementation, management, and control the Balanced Scorecard through (Hyperion Enterprise Performance System)
Corporate Governance
• Development of Corporate Governance Code
• Group Structure and Board of Directors appointments (development, implementation, and management)
• Board of Directors Remuneration Structure (development, implementation, and management the Board of Directors remuneration structure)
• Preparation of Board of Directors meeting agenda and presentations (corporate performance, operational progress, outstanding legal issue, new investment opportunity)
Consultancy Business Development and Project Management
• Identify new business opportunities (consultancy projects)
• Review prospective client inquires and request for proposal
• Prepare the Technical and Financial Proposal for the Prospective Client
• Manage the execution of consultancy project for external clients (including management of project team, project budge, project billing, client relationship)
• Management the implantation of consultancy project from the client-side
Requirements
• At least 8 years of experience in Business Development with exposure to Venture Capital
• Experience in identifying, sourcing and developing new investment opportunities
• Exposure in Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Equity Markets
