About the Role
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager who will be a foundational member of Vector Capital’s rapidly growing team. You will be a strategic partner and bring strong relationships from the investment community to the executive leadership team. This role is for someone who enjoys autonomy and will thrive in an environment where you are empowered to do your best work. You will work directly with senior leaders including CEO, COO and Head of Legal, and other key stakeholders across the business. You will be an integral part of Vector’s growth strategy and enable the institutional and UHNW market to scale our hedge funds, fund platform strategies across both traditional financial as well as digital assets.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute an Investor Relations strategic plan that ensures fair valuation of the company, supports the growth strategy, and strengthens external stakeholders’ understanding of Vector Capital
• Lead investor marketing, analyze peers and industry trends and help management to understand the perceptions of the value drivers of the business
• Develop scripts, talking points, presentations and other communications strategies and materials that clearly illustrate the Company’s investment thesis, strategy, and performance
• Handle day-to-day inquiries from investors and analysts, ensuring that information provided follows the Company’s messaging as well as applicable rules and regulations
• Serve as the Company's liaison to investors; provide timely, accurate and consistent responses to inquiries.
• Able to develop networks of strong, trusted relationships with institutional investors, key retail investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate and participate in roadshows, investor conferences, one on one meetings, and conference calls with senior management, investors, and analysts

Requirements

Requirements
• Strong track record in investor relations, FinTech, Digital Assets, Financial Markets, Real Estate.
• Ideally have experience with hedge fund structures including Mutual Funds and UCITS across Cayman Island and Malta.
• Experience raising capital in digital funds, Forex Funds, Real Estate Funds.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with C-suite Executives, Board of Directors, investors, and various stakeholders from institutional, hedge funds, fund of funds, family office, UHNW and HNW.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to give timely and meaningful counsel to senior management
• Strong ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, financial models, and data analysis
• Transferable database of potential investors across institutional and HNW.
• Experienced with reporting, financial disclosures, quarterly releases, and the regulatory landscape
• Clear and effective organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• A blend of curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and a relentlessness to drive projects to completion
• Proactive, solutions-first thinker who is action-oriented and continuously seeks process improvements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities while staying flexible, organized, and humble along the way
