Investor Relations Senior Specialist

Job description / Role

Our client, a Real Estate Developer who cater to high end luxury developments and commercial spaces are looking for a Investor Relations Senior Specialist. This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with investors, effectively communicating the company’s financial performance, and supporting capital-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build & maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients purchasing residential units, ensuring their journey from project launch to handover, maintain regular communication with existing and potential investors to provide updates on the company's performance of the project, progress, strategic initiatives and investor relations strategy
- Monitor trends in Dubai real estate market and analyze market data and suggest required premiums and adjustments for the stock and updates on necessary forecasting
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and present accurate, detailed financial statements, ROI's and relevant investor returns, facilitate clients’ regular newsletters with financial and progress updates
- Prepare high level presentations for investor roadshows, meetings and conferences
- Ensure that all investor relations are reported to finance and sales regularly that comply with Rera, Escrow and banking requirements and AML check for credit check
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding project developments, timelines, and handover procedures
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies in case of any market downturns and project delays
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing investor relations and client satisfaction

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or capital markets, with a focus on real estate development in Dubai or a related industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in analysing and interpreting financial statements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and credibility with investors and stakeholders

Salary:
AED 23000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
