We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IP Lawyer to join our prestigious law firm in Dubai.

As part of our dynamic and innovative legal team, you will play a critical role in advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property issues, including trademark registration, copyright protection, patent applications, and licensing agreements.
- Conduct thorough IP audits and assessments for clients to identify potential risks and opportunities related to their intellectual property assets.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of IP agreements, including licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and assignment contracts.
- Represent clients in IP disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution, ensuring the protection and enforcement of their IP rights.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in intellectual property law and industry trends to provide informed counsel to clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor legal strategies to meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on intellectual property matters for clients and internal teams.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand our IP practice and enhance the firm’s market presence.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark and patent applications in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex IP matters and provide strategic recommendations.

- Law degree from a recognized university, with a focus on intellectual property law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an IP Lawyer in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
- In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations in the UAE and international jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of handling complex IP cases and providing innovative legal solutions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a client-focused approach to legal practice.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in drafting and negotiating various legal agreements.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
