Job description / Role
• Able to trouble shoot systems, network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Update and maintain company websites
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Requirements
IT Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong Experience in Web App Development – WordPress, Customize PHP, Angular JS web development, e-commerce App Development.
• Knowledge in Mobile App Development – Android & iOS app development.
• Good understanding in UI/UX Design and Development – Web Design, Mobile UI Design.
• Ideally have knowledge or experience in management software like SharePoint, ERP (CRM & HR software management)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT courses Computer Science Computer Engineering Computer Applications or a Related Field
• Good communication and time-management skills
