Job description / Role
This advisory role is involved in Business Process Transformation by providing ERP Implementation, selection and assessment of the right ERP Solution and Business Process Review and redesign.
Overall you will manage and overview the Project Delivery. You will be responsible to advise the clients on the appropriate solution to achieve compliant VAT position, whether through the set-up of their ERP or other tools
You will be managing a group of 7-8 people and will be actively involved in the implementation of ERP in the capacity of Director. This role has a revenue target of 2M USD though this has already been achieved this year since Middle East has been preparing for the VAT implementation. At this point, the role will focus more on overseeing the advisory side of things more than business development.
Salary:
AED
55,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: tax free salary plus lucrative bonus
Requirements
This role requires at least 12-15 years’ experience in sales, delivery, and project management in ERP transformation specifically in the area TAX/VAT system implementation
You must have strong academic background with prior relevant working experience in a Director role, a team player with excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills and possess strong quantitative skills complemented by a strong business and commercial acumen.
