Job Position: IT Analyst/Senior Web Developer - Unify
Reports to: IT Asst. Manager
Location: GHQ
Main purpose of the role
To ensure ongoing support of all Unify applications/modules (web and mobile apps)
These applications cover all functions across Unilever
Main accountabilites
• Design, Develop and Maintain in-house web applications (new project and CR)
• Design, develop and maintain in-house mobile applications (new project and CR)
• Test, deploy, upgrade and set-up IT systems.
• Design database structure.
• Support the Unify applications at a high level keeping customer satisfaction in mind
• Ensure SLAs are met
• Understand user needs through constant interaction with the business. These needs should then be reflected in improved support processes as well as future projects.
• Identify IT application skill gaps in the user community. Then design and implement appropriate training programs.
• Introduce extra functionality & systems that will enhance the overall performance of IT for Finance and CD functions.
• Manage the departmental image in term of supporting users through teamwork & commitment.
• Develop written instructional materials (help files, cheat sheets, etc.) to ease product use.
• Configure, package, verify, and distribute customer specific solutions of exceptional quality.
• Provide first-class remote customer service and technical support.
• Performs customer needs analysis and problem identification to investigate and coordinate successful resolution and closure.
• Contribute to the development of a knowledgebase of customer FAQ’s for internal use.
• Advocate on behalf of users by working with IT technical and business partners teams.
• Provide user with IT application training as required.

Requirements
Key competencies (min 5 years)
• Strong IT knowledge

• Advanced in MSSQL
• Strong mobile development skills
• Must have the following skills: C#.NET, ASP.NET, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, hybrid mobile programming, AngularJS, Ionic Framework, CSS, web service, web API, MS SQL, IIS, data warehouse and server management.
• Knowlegeable in Oracle, responsive, native mobile programming is a plus.
Relevant Experience
• 5 years minimum experience in web development
• 3 years minimum experience in mobile development
• 5 years minimum experience in server management
• 5 years minimum experience in MS SQL
