IT And Facility Executive

Job description / Role

Responsibility:

IT:

1. Attending day to day IT issues related to all employees
2. Managing IT/AV/CCTV/Access control Requests of all 3 sites.
3. Coordinating HQ IT Dept and Local IT support company
4. Planning IT PPM (preventive maintenance) and working with 3P IT support contractor
5. Documenting New/Ex Employee IT Handover.
6. Maintaining IT asset list and updating it with SharePoint drive of HQ
7. Planning new joiner IT accessories with HR
8. Procurement of IT Accessories from Local market according to the needs in company's best interest.
9. Creating LPO in line with IT Budget and Accounts Dept
10. Preparing IT accessories and licenses online with HQ guidelines 11. Keeping Server rooms intact
12. Keeping Track of IT licenses / Renewals.
13. Preferably someone who has hands-on experience on SAP
14. Keeping track of ISP (internet service providers) and Mobile phone orders/replacements etc

Facility:

1. Coordinating maintenance works with different suppliers.
2. Keep track of PPM works related to MEP (mechanical and electrical plumbing works)/Fire Safety.
3. Compare quotes/ Prepare LPO
4. Maintaining Masterfile with all contractor details
5. Auditing performance of each contractor and taking necessary actions.

1.Emirati National
2.Junior profile, fresh graduate or less than 2 years' experience
3.Good communication skills
4.Well organized
5.Able to multitask
