As the Enterprise IT Applications Manager, you will lead the management, optimisation, and governance of the organisation's enterprise applications ecosystem. You'll ensure that systems such as Oracle HCM and the Salesforce suite, are secure, stable, and continuously improved to meet business and user needs across all group entities.

Description
* Define and maintain enterprise application standards ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
* Lead application lifecycle management, including incident, problem, and change management under ITIL frameworks.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, user experience, and cost efficiency.
* Oversee integrations and ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise systems.
* Manage vendors, MSPs, and service partners, ensuring SLAs and governance processes are met.
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and align technology with process efficiency.
* Ensure all enterprise applications comply with security, audit, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
* 12+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications within complex environments.
* Proven experience overseeing Salesforce and Oracle HCM environments (exposure to other enterprise apps is a plus).
* Strong background in vendor and service provider management, with accountability for SLAs, budgets, and governance.
* Expertise in ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across corporate and functional teams.
