Job description / Role
• Document business processes, rules and/or policies, including process flows and business impact documentation.
• Actively identify and translate high-level business requirements into solution specifications, covering processes, people, technology, and manage changes to such specifications.
• Facilitation of workshops to gather requirements and perform business analysis, understand, interpret and document project scope, objectives, benefits and tasks.
• Design entirely new processes and exploit modelling techniques to determine the optimum solution prior to physical implementation.
Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B and B2C industry experience in business analyst or project roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
• Experience in coaching and supervising other business analysts, IT staff and business subject matter experts
• Expert in agile methodologies
• IIBA certification
• ISEB accreditation
