Job description / Role
• Lead sourcing activities, including supplier negotiations, quoting, and site support as needed
• Assisting the Indirect Procurement Manager on various sourcing activities
• Managing strong relationship with operations and sales teams to partner in driving key sourcing and business metrics including cost, cash, supplier quality and fulfillment metrics
• Ensure compliance with the business’s sourcing policies, procedures and export control regulations
• Participate in make vs. buy strategies and decisions
• Meet or exceed all targets on the Indirect material (IT hardware / software)
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of sourcing processes
Requirements
• Must have 2-3 years’ experience purchasing IT Hardware/Software for a large multinational
• Must have bachelors in purchasing/IT/Supply chain
• Must have relevant experience negotiating supplier contracts and leading the sourcing activities
