Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores; etc.
- Ensure to manage daily operations related to IT, ensuring a smooth operation and therefore contribute to maximizing guest satisfaction consistent with Accor International standards and to be of service at all times to computer users of all levels including guests.

Main Responsibility
- Performs routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.
- Ensures networks, workstations, operating systems and software applications are operational; ensures hardware and software is patched and/or updated; ensures all analog and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.
- Ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization.
- Respects confidentiality in discussing talents and organizational matters; also maintains confidentiality of organization and personnel related information.
- To be fully aware, conversant and embody Accor's spirit, values and goals, and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
- To be fully aware and conversant of Accor' environmental charter and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
- To be fully aware and conversant of Acting Planet 21 ISO 14001 policies and procedures and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
- To ensure that breakages are administrated so as to provide constant feedback to the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses.
- To strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costs are controlled.

Requirements

Skills
- Level of Education Bachelor / Licence Areas of study IT & Telecommunications Professional experiences 1 to 2 years Languages essential English

Essential and optional requirements
- Desired candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.
- With effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Should possess a strong character with a harmonious attitude to lead a multi-cultural team to reach the set goals of the department.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a passion for service quality and excellence.
