IT & Digital Infrastructure Administrator

Job description / Role

We are seeking a proactive and versatile IT & Digital Infrastructure Administrator to oversee the company’s technology systems and online presence. This is a hands-on role that combines IT support, cybersecurity oversight, website management, and digital marketing coordination.

You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations while helping maintain and grow the company’s digital footprint across its website and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

IT Systems & Support:

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, devices, and cloud services.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to Directors and staff.
• Set up laptops, phones, and accounts for new employees.
• Maintain up-to-date records of company logins and access permissions.
• Oversee renewals and billing for IT software, subscriptions, and vendors.
• Implement basic cybersecurity best practices, including backups and access control.

Website & E-Commerce Management:

• Maintain and update company websites to ensure functionality, security, and brand alignment.
• Manage the Shopify backend, uploading new products, images, and descriptions.
• Conduct simple SEO reviews to improve online visibility.
• Track website analytics and performance metrics.
• Social Media & Marketing Support
• Create and schedule posts in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to general enquiries.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT systems administration or digital infrastructure management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud storage, and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms and Shopify.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Experience managing business social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva or Photoshop).
• Exposure to SEO tools or website analytics.
• IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA, etc.).

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
