IT Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job description / Role

Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client, a multinational technology company that provides telecommunications equipment and sells consumer electronics, including smartphones to source for an IT Engineer with emphasis on Transformation projects.  

As an IT Engineer you will be responsible for the solution adaptation of transformation projects in the company,output the adapted IT application solution based on the company  business scenarios, and implement the transformation and IT value.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:

- Operation of IT solutions and IT products for the company , and achieve the expected business objectives and benefits through operation 
- Analyze the operation scenarios of end users in the region, analyze requirements, clearly propose requirements for business operation scenario simplification, experience optimization, and application service, and serve as the input of product design to track the implementation and verification of IT product requirements.
- Responsible for regional IT tool planning and implementation, achieve flexible end points, and improve business operation efficiency.
- Analyze business pain points and requirements of the business, take the lead in designing IT solutions, incorporate requirements into product versions, and track the implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

- Mandarin Speaker
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineer
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Able to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences Project management experience
