Job description / Role

• Installing and configuring computer/laptop with all necessary softwares for new joiners
• Updating the website and mobile applications content every week
• Creating movies on cinema software and exporting it to cinemas every week
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Head office IT support for computer, printer, routine issues
• IT admin jobs including raising purchase requisitions, payment processing for IT PO’s with Finance
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of networking and PC support including administration of MS Server, user support of MS Windows 7 & other Applications
