Employment: Full Time

Mark Williams have the pleasure of working with a fully Government owned bank in the Abu Dhabi area who urgently require a skilled IT Governance and Processes Manager who has some banking knowledge and exposure previously to Support the implementation, control and monitoring of IT Governance practice in IT. Establish and implement IT policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines in partnership with IT and the business. UAE Nationals Only

Role:

– Support development and Internal Control Plans for implemented processes
– Establish and implement IT policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines appropriate to securing the existing environment in partnership with IT and the business
– Maintain the update and regular reviews of CIO office policies and procedures Advise on best practices related to policies, procedures and related documentations
– Be the custodian for all policies, procedures and IT governance related documents
– Support other IT functions understanding the policies and procedures, provide awareness and support continuous improvements
– Follow up and ensure compliance of all IT functions with approved policies and procedures
– Highlight noncompliance and support the adjustment plans
– Participate and support the establishment of IT Governance framework , roadmap and manage its implementation
– Support the MIS reporting and dashboards on IT processes performance, achievements / gaps and highlight improvement areas

Requirements

Requirements:

– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
– Certifications; ITIL, PMP, COBIT, CISA • Experience with ITSM solutions
– Should have covered IT Operations, financing, Administration and Budgets, Strategic Planning, etc
– Excellent business and process writing skills
– Should be conversant in Business report writing and Technical writing
– Fair knowledge of banking functions and related systems
– Excellent analytical skills
– Excellent team-working and good leadership skills
– Excellent communication/ Presentation skills
– Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Software applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
