Job description / Role
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities are as detailed in the following section. However, any duty as required to support and maintain the ICT related aspects of the company are included as well.
• ICT Operations
o Ensuring trained and capable staff are recruited for the various functions of the department
o Implementing support and other processes
• Vendor Management
o Selecting and managing vendors for required products and projects
o Ensuring open communication with selected vendors
• Project Management
o Identifying and managing projects
o Communicating progress to management
o Guiding and involving departmental staff in projects and planning
o Ensuring successful completion of projects
• ICT Strategy
o Outline strategic goals for the department
o Support the company’s vision and growth
o Engage in strategic projects and partnerships

Requirements
KNWOLEDGE AND SKILLS
Network infrastructure including active and passive components
Servers and storage
Administration of MS systems including AD, exchange
Support management
System analysis and functional requirements
EDUCATION & SPECIAL TRANING OR SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field
Network certifications
System Administration certification
Support Process Management
