Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To support all brands operating under the BAB Gulf FZE portfolio with IT throughout the business including our International stores and Head Office. Always looking to improve efficiencies internally and with 3rd party suppliers and to improve company profitability. Manage the software and hardware of the entire company. Project manage and set up all IT requirements for new stores – including phone (Telco Application), Diagram for Data/Camera/Sound System as per Build-A-Bear specifications, IT Equipment (Tills, Finger Print, Visual POS etc.)

Requirements

You will have excellent computer skills - Microsoft SQL Server, DNS, FTP and TCP/IP. Email knowledge should be cloud-based - Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365. Experience using ERP Systems - Data Connectivity, Visual POS.NET Admin, Operation Consolidation, Sysadmin Module & Crystal Reports. Emailer & SMS scheduling experience. Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 & SQL Server 2014. You must have good communication skills in English - written & verbal.
