Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As an IT Manager - Cards Platforms, your responsibilities will include:

* Responsible for managing daily activities and all projects/programs related to Card Platform.
* To ensure and maintain service levels related to Card Systems.
* Provide assistance to the IT Project manager(s) to ensure the execution of projects within agreed time and cost Parameters and manage Card Applications related activities of the projects/programs.
* Manages a program of multiple inter-dependent projects following the Enterprise Project Management methodology
* Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity and work closely with vendors to track the life cycle of problem and incident management.
* Work with internal as well as stakeholders to identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project/program schedule.
* Provide support in problem management of production problems of Card Applications / Systems and associated sub systems.

Keep abreast with the industry practices and standards related to Card Applications and recommend enhancements and changes based on the industry practices.

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Qualification/Training:

* Degree in engineering with specialization in computer applications.
* Master's degree in computer science is preferable

Field of Specialization:

* Technical knowledge in Card applications
* Must have techno functional familiarity of Card Software / Applications
* Experience in solving problem and incident management
* IT systems, solutions and service management in banking and finance and telecom sector
* Used to work with offshore/onsite model
* Expert in understanding of technology planning and infrastructure development
