Job description / Role
The IT Manager‘s role is to manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, telephony, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization. The IT Manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. This person will also define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. He will be responsible for preparing annual IT budget and carrying out annual IT vendor evaluation. To provide remote support for outstation users. Overall security responsibility of HIMA systems and network. Support Global IT team for IT related support. Train employees on IT and cyber security awareness. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Support Project engineering team for ICS network solution and implementation.
She/he will responsible for maintaining & renewing the ISO certificate of the business entities. He will have fundamental understanding of a quality system and its development, documentation and implementation with respect to domestic and international standards or requirements. The QMS Manager will have basic understanding of the audit process including type of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting, results and follow up. Ensuring all policies, processes, principles and objectives of the QMS are documented to by ISO 9001/ISO 27001 standard.
Min 10 years inexperience and 5 years as Managerial role. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems. Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
